Cattle Riverlands handle all classes of cattle - Cows, Bulls, Heifers and Steers.   Cows and Bulls are processed under the Manufacturing Beef category with Prime Heifers and Prime Steers being processed under the Premium Beef category.   The cattle are processed at both Riverlands plants - Eltham and Bulls.   A small proportion of Beef and By Products are sold locally with the major portion being exported to over 50 countries.
